RESOURCE CENTER
This resource center was developed as a guide for organizations and individuals looking to improve their Language Access policies and also as a way to get information out to people about their rights. It provides the user with useful links to information that can guide the individual on their way to providing comprehensive Language Services for their LEP clients. It also provides a glossary of commonly used terms and acronyms as well as information about the legal rights of LEP individuals in New York State.
